How can I register for the Congress?
Registration takes place online via the form available at https://kongrespv2026.konfeo.com/pl/groups Fill in the form, select the appropriate participation package and make payment.
+ Can I become a partner or exhibitor?
Yes, we offer a wide range of cooperation opportunities. Write to mw@stowarzyszeniepv.pl for details.
+ How do I book accommodation?
We do not book accommodation, but have secured special prices for participants between 25 and 27 May 2025:
- 490 PLN + VAT – single standard room with breakfast.
- 560 PLN + VAT – standard double room with breakfast.

+ Is parking available?
Yes, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel offers:
- Free outdoor parking for 450 cars.
- Paid underground garage for 150 cars.
+ Will the sessions be translated?
Yes, we provide simultaneous interpretation of all sessions in Polish and English.
+ How does the conference app work?
We invite you to use the MK Events app to access the schedule, list of speakers, conference materials and networking features. The app can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.
+ Will there be internet access?
Yes, free Wi-Fi access is provided to all Congress participants.
+ What attractions await the participants?
During the PV Congress we have planned:
- Banquet after the first day of the Congress – dinner, concert, open bar and chill zone in the hotel garden.
Live cooking demonstration – sushi tasting and sweet treats.
Garden zone – green surroundings of the hotel with sun loungers and relaxation areas.
